Texas History 101: Road To The Revolution at the Bryan Museum

The Bryan Museum debuts a new Texas History 101 talk series featuring the museum’s history specialist, Amelia White and providing an in-depth look int Texas history.

It begins with a with a three-part series about the Texas Revolution. The first talk lecture will explore how things in Texas got to the point of rebellion, discussing how events like the imprisonment of Stephen F. Austin, the Law of April 6, 1830, and the Anahuac Disturbances shaped Texas.

Texas History 101 is a lecture series designed to further your understanding of Texas history as the Museum’s history specialist, Amelia White, takes you on an in-depth look at topics in Texas history.
