Saint Arnold Brewing Company’s annual Houston BBQ Throwdown pits local pitmasters—including Bar-A-BBQ, Brett’s BBQ Shop, Fire Craft BBQ, J-Bar-M Barbecue, and Reveille BBQ—against each other in a head to head competition.

Each competitor will offer their take on the “next great barbecue dish that represents Houston-style barbecue.”
