Immerse yourself in other times and places at a series of four cabaret-style performances in the Bayou Bend Spiegeltent from Thursday, December 10 through Tuesday, December 15, 2015.

The lively series of performances by Da Camera artists will transport audiences to Berlin between between the World Wars, Paris’ infamous French gypsy club scene in the 20s and 30s, the span of 20th Century America and Houston’s own Roktho Chapel.

Each performance is staged inside the elaborate Cristal Palace Spiegeltent—the Belgian “tent of mirrors” situated in Bayou Bend‘s Diana Garden during the holiday season. Built about 1900, Spiegeltents traveled throughout Europe, installed at town fairs for entertainment and refreshments.

Presented on the Spiegeltent’s grand stage, each Cabaret Da Camera program features a different musical theme, with two performances each night.
