Many fitness studios, gyms, apps, and websites have transitioned their classes to a web-friendly platform, featuring free classes, workouts, and free trials to test out a new workout routine. To help you navigate through all of your options, we rounded up a list of resources you can use to stay active in the comfort of your own home.

- Define Body & Mind | Some FREE – While not all of their classes can translate to your living room, you can still partake in barre, yoga, dance cardio, stretching, or even a trampoline class (though it’s BYOTrampoline) through Define’s brand-new on-demand library. - CorePower Yoga – Take some time to stretch out any muscle tightness and calm your mind with on-demand yoga classes through CorePower Yoga. They offer 30- or 60-minute classes that focus on various goals or parts of the body. First week free, then $19.99 per month.
- Melissa Wood Health – Sculpt long, lean lines throughout your entire body with Melissa Wood’s carefully curated classes available online to stream through any TV or device. Mostly yoga-based, her classes are all 30 minutes or less and low impact, focusing on strength, toning, and mindfulness. First week free, then $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
- Pure Barre – Tighten, lift, and tone your whole body with small movements that drive big results with Pure Barre’s on-demand barre classes. They bring familiar movements from the studio to the TV screen, incorporating light weights, resistance bands, and common household items for added support. First week free, then $29.99 per month or $289.99 per year.
HIIT, Dance & Cardio
- Revolution Studio – Join Revolution Studio for a 45-minute live streamed version of their spin, strength training and yoga classes. Once you’ve registered, they’ll send you a Zoom meeting invitation to attend the class. Included with membership.
- Ryde Indoor Cycling | FREE – Score a full-body workout from the instructors at Ryde Indoor Cycling, which is offering twice-daily workouts streamed live via social media Monday through Friday.
- The Sculpt Society – Follow along as trainer Megan Roup leads you through a series of cardio-blasting dance moves that are sure to get you sweating. The app has a variety of workouts suited for all experience levels with videos that range from 5-to-50-minutes long First two weeks free, then $19.99 per month or $119.99 per year.
- Obé – Access more than 4,000 workouts through this immersive digital fitness app that offers both live and on-demand classes. The dance-based classes are all 28 minutes or less with fun music and optional equipment. Free 30-day trial, then $27 per month or $199 per year.
- OrangeTheory Fitness | FREE – While fist bumps are taking an indefinite hiatus, you can still fit in an all-new workout every day from the team at OrangeTheory. Wear your fitness tracker and rake in the splat points while streaming a 30-minute workout featuring OTF trainers from around the world—no special equipment necessary. Free on their website.
Strength Training & More
- Facet Seven Fitness – Access barre, yoga, HIIT, dance and toning, bootcamps and more, all conveniently streamed from your phone through the Facet Seven Fitness app or the Facet Seven Fitness Channel on YouTube. They also offer online coaching programs for an additional fee.
- 7M Workout App | FREE – This app offers tons of quick and effective workouts that will get you sweating, require no equipment, and work your entire body in a mere seven minutes—and who can say no to that? Free with ads.
- Tone It Up – Download the Tone It Up app for access to hundreds of videos for HIIT, kettlebell, barre, strength, and yoga classes led by founders Karena and Katrina. Ranging from 10- to 40-minutes long, routines are available via Instagram live (temporarily) and on-demand through the app. First week free, then $14.99 per month or $99 per year.
- Daily Burn – Thousands of workouts are available at your fingertips via the Daily Burn app, which offers a new 30-minute class every morning at 10am. No matter your preference—whether that be barre, HIIT, yoga, kickboxing, pilates and more—this app has a class for you. Free 60-day trial, then $19 per month.
- PopSugar Fitness | FREE – Popular lifestyle website PopSugar has its own YouTube channel that’s full of free fitness content. With cardio and HIIT to targeted workouts for strengthening your whole body, this is a great place to kick off your at-home fitness journey. Best of all? It’s completely free.
- BeachBody – Stream hundreds of workout videos (mostly 30 minutes or less) by joining the BeachBody community with free access for two weeks. During your trial, you can set a fitness goal, then receive a meal plan and workout to help you reach it. Free 14-day trial, then $38.87 per quarter, $59 every six months, or $99 per year.
- Dynamic Sports Training E3 Live – Head online for a variety of live sessions with trainers that walk you through HIIT and Bodyweight, Mobility, and ‘Rise & Grind’ morning classes. Sign up and receive a link to the class on Zoom twenty minutes prior to the start. Multiple options are available throughout the day and classes are $8 for a 50 minute session.
