Sway to the folk-influenced dream pop of Wye Oak in concert at the Raven Tower on Tuesday, August 9, 2016.

Comprised of members Andy Stack on drums and keyboards with Jenn Wasner working overtime on vocals, guitar, and bass duties, the duo does more with only two people on stage than some bands do with plenty of musicians to bend and pose.

Their latest release, Shriek has been regarded as a celebrated departure from the duo’s previous folk-influenced pop and finds the group on the outskirts of R&B sounding surprisingly true to themselves.
