Get your Irish on with a full week of St. Patrick’s Day fun, including St. Practice Day, at The Gorgeous Gael in Rice Village, from Friday, March 11 through St. Patrick’s Day itself, Thursday, March 17, 2016.
Dive deep into Irish culture, whiskeys, music, dance and of course green beer as Rice Village’s traditional Irish pub celebrates seven days of St. Paddy’s fun with tastings, singalongs, drink promotions, concerts, giveaways and more.
Daily St. Patrick’s Week Festivities at the Gorgeous Gael
- Whiskey Tastings, Green Beer & Live Music | Friday, March 11 – Have your first green beer of 2016 as the brew debuts for the season. There will be Jameson and Paddy’s & Powers whiskey tastings starting at 6pm. Jeff Canada plays also plays at 6pm, followed by The Blaggards starting between 9pm and 10pm. 6pm to 2am.
- St. Practice Day | Saturday, March 12 – Hone your skills for the real deal as the Gael and Guinness host a preliminary St. Paddy’s party. There will be Irish music and dancing, games, giveaways and a special promotion from Tullamore Dew. 1pm to 2am.
- Irish Experience Day | Sunday, March 13 – Enjoy Irish breakfast, followed by drinks and dinner. Promotions from Bushmills and Tullamore Dew will help create the perfect Irish experience. 11am to 2am.
- Traditional Irish Pub Singalong | Monday, March 14 – Chime in and sing like the Irish do in the pubs back home with an evening of traditional bodhrans and ballads. 8pm.
- Irish Whiskey Night | Tuesday, March 15 – Enjoy your favorite Irish whiskeys starting at 7pm and enjoy a free showing of the comedy Ted on the big screen. 7pm.
- Irish Trivia Night | Wednesday, March 16 – Get in gear for the big day and test your knowledge of all things Ireland. 7pm.
- St. Patrick’s Day Blowout | St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17 – The party spills out into the parking lot for the big day, with live music, DJ tunes, dancing, Irish and pub grub, games, contests, giveaways, a special promotion from Bushmills and plenty o’ Irish shenanigans for St. Patrick’s Day itself. 11am to 2am.
