See the guitar-slinging rock-n-roll pioneer, George Thorogood with his famed backing band The Destroyers in concert at House of Blues on Sunday, February 28, 2016.

The American singer song-writer known for delivering energetic boogie-blues has been at it for more than 40 years now.

Thorogood, who became a household name in the 80’s with his hit Bad to the Bone, has been shedding light on lesser known song-writers and playing his own tunes on the road throughout the 40+ years he’s been active.

Thorogood gained his first mainstream exposure as a support act for The Rolling Stones during their 1981 U.S. tour. It was at this time that Thorogood and the Destroyers became known for their rigorous touring schedule.

With more than 20 albums under his belt it’s sure to be a night you’ll find yourself muttering the words, “I know this song!”
