  • Babies & Books at Bellaire City Library | Tuesday, July 26 | FREE – Bring your infant or toddler up to 24 months for this storytime session that also features songs, movement and play at Bellaire City Library. 10am.
  • Boogie Bash: Summer Fun at the Woodlands Children’s Museum | Tuesday, July 26 – Bring the tots for a morning of movement and play, involving beach balls and rainbow ribbons at the Woodlands Children’s Museum. $7.50 for ages 1 and up. 11am.
  • Tiny Trekkers at Houston Arboretum | Thursday, July 28 – Young explorers ages 2 to 4 are invited to this Thursday series of hands-on nature exploration at the Arboretum. This week’s theme is Colors of Nature. $12. Sessions at 9:30am and 11am.
  • Encanto: The Sing Along Film Concert Tour at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Thursday, July 28 – Disney Concerts brings this production to the stage in the Woodlands, featuring the entire full-length animated film, Encanto, along with an on-stage band that will perform all of the record-breaking hit songs like the earworm “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”, plus “The Family Madrigal”, “Surface Pressure”, and more. $25 and up; 15% off when you use promocode BRUNO15 at checkout. 7:30pm.

  • Anime Matsuri 2022 at George R. Brown Convention Center | Thursday, July 28 to Sunday, July 31 – Immerse kiddos in a weekend of anime and Japanese pop culture with the return of this 16th annual convention that features cosplay, art vendors, concerts, video games, and much more. Day passes start at $45; $90 for a weekend pass; $40 for a kids weekend pass (ages 6 to 12); free for ages 5 and under. Times vary.
  • Dude Perfect: That’s Happy Summer Tour at Toyota Center | Friday, July 29 – The YouTube sensations gather in Downtown for a night of their signature trick shots, stunts, and off-the-wall skits. $29 and up. 7pm.
  • Cruella Movie Screening at Levy Park | Friday, July 29 | FREE – Bring a picnic blanket or park chair to enjoy the outdoor screening of the 2021 Disney film starring Emma Stone, Cruella. Estella is a young and clever designer aiming to make it in the world of fashion. She looks up to fashion legend Baroness von Hellman, who ultimately leads her to the wicked side, becoming the revenge-bent Cruella. 8:30pm. 
  • The Market at Grisby at Watson’s House of Ales | Saturday, July 30 | No Cover – The Energy Corridor District hosts the first ever Market at Grisby, a signature artisan market featuring a live music duo with Josie Arias, gift card giveaways to the five Grisby-area restaurants, and more. 10:30am to 2pm.
  • Yap & Splash at Owen Park | Saturday, July 30 | FREE – Bring your dog for a day of fun in the park involving splash pads, sprinklers, and other water activities at Owen Park in Conroe, along with music, games, raffle prizes and more. 10:30am.
  • Jurassic Extreme at Children’s Museum Houston | Saturday, July 30 – The Children’s Museum Houston will be transformed into a dinosaur wonderland, so swing by for photos and live performances. $15 for ages 1 and up. 11am to 2pm. 
  • Houston Family Fun Fest at La Centerra | Sunday, July 31 | FREE Houston Family Magazine hosts their annual Family Fun Fest in Heritage Square. Face painting, entertainment, rock climbing, arts & crafts, inflatables and more will be on hand for an afternoon of fun. Noon to 4pm.
