• Jeff D at the Secret Group | Friday, July 8 – The NOLA stand-up comedian and actor most recently featured in Hulu’s The Premise and Killing It on Peacock, can be seen taking the stage with local funnyman Ku Egenti for a night of laughs in EaDo. $15. 8pm.
• The Riot Comedy Show presents Louis Katz at Rudyard’s British Pub | Friday, July 8 & Saturday, July 9 – Already with stops on NBC, HBO and Comedy Central, the comedian comes to town on the heels of his one-hour EPIX special on Unprecedented Sets. $15 and up. Times vary.
• Bruce Bruce at Houston Improv | Friday, July 8 to Sunday, July 10 – The side-splitting comedy of stand-up extraordinaire and frequent BET host, Bruce Bruce, takes over the Improv for five sets across the weekend. Tickets are sold by the table; $120 for 4, and up. Times vary.
• Bill Engvall at the Grand 1894 Opera House | Saturday, July 9 – Galveston-native and hilarious funnyman, Bill Engvall of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour comes by while on his farewell tour, bringing his downhome style of comedy for one last performance. $28 and up. 4pm and 8pm.

• Shuler King at Houston Improv | Thursday, July 14 to Saturday, July 16 – Known for his roast videos and stops on shows like Wild ‘n Out, the Southern comedian hits West Houston for five sets across the weekend. Tickets are sold by the table; $50 for 2, and up. Times vary.
• Billy Wayne Davis at the Secret Group | Thursday, July 14 to Saturday, July 16 – A finalist on Last Comic Standing, and seen on specials like Comedy Central’s Tales From the Trip, the Tennessee comedian swings through EaDo for a weekend of side-splitting sets. $20 in advance; $25 day of show. 8pm nightly.
• The Riot Comedy Show presents Adam Hunter at Rudyard’s British Pub | Friday, July 15 & Saturday, July 16 – Seen on various late night stops and dishing about MMA on ESPN, the longtime comedian stops at the upstairs stage in Montrose for a few sets on back-to-back nights. $15 and up. Times vary.
• Ryan Davis at House of Blues | Saturday, July 16 – The Downtown venue hosts the popular touring comedian, who’s also been featured in HBO’s Insecure and All Def Comedy, as well as Comedy Central and beyond. $35.50 and up. 7:30pm.
• Mary Lynn Rajskub at Houston Improv | Sunday, July 17 – Found in shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and alongside Adam Sandler in Punch-Drunk Love, the actor and comedian performs one-night only at West Houston’s Improv. Tickets are sold by the table; $40 for 2, and up. 7:30pm.

• The Riot Comedy Show presents Alex English at Rudyard’s British Pub | Friday, July 22 & Saturday, July 23 – The New York City–based comedian and new writer for Saturday Night Live takes the upstairs stage in Montrose for back-to-back nights of hilarity. $15 and up. Times vary.
• Mark Normand at Houston Improv | Friday, July 22 to Sunday, July 24 – You can catch the New York comedian in his latest one-hour special, Out to Lunch, on YouTube, but you may have also seen him in previous Comedy Central specials and tours of the late-night circuit. Tickets are sold by the table; $60 for 2 and up. Times vary.
• Tracy Morgan at Cullen Performance Hall | Saturday, July 23 – The prolific comedian and actor from NBC’s 30 Rock, Saturday Night Live, and most recently on TBS’ The Last O.G., comes to the Cullen theater on the University of Houston campus while on the No Disrespect Tour. $34 and up. 8pm.
• Sarah Sherman at the Secret Group | Thursday, July 28 – A recent addition to the Saturday Night Live cast, the comedian who also goes by Sarah Squirm has toured the country with unconventional routines that have had her open for outside-the-box comedians like Eric Andre. $20 in advance; $30 day of show. 8pm.
• Kurtis Conner at 713 Music Hall | Friday, July 29 – Gathering hundreds of thousands of followers on Vine and later on YouTube and TikTok, the popular comedian and creator fills the stage at Post Houston in Downtown. $40 and up. 8pm.
• The Riot Comedy Show presents Phil Hanley at Rudyard’s British Pub | Friday, July 29 & Saturday, July 30 – From late night experiences to comedy festival stages and beyond, the Canadian comedian finds his way to Montrose’s Rudyard’s stage for back-to-back-nights of gut-busting routines. $15 and up.
