  • Houston Symphony presents Batman at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Friday, July 26 | FREE – Celebrating 85 years of the caped crusader, the Symphony performs Danny Elfman’s score to the 1989 Batman movie starring Michael Keaton, while the film plays on a giant screen. Dressing up as your favorite DC Comics character is encouraged. 8pm.
  • Peso Pluma in Concert at Toyota Center | Friday, July 26 – The Mexican superstar and Grammy Award winner brings his innovative touch on regional Mexican music to the Downtown arena while touring his newest release, Éxodo. $99 and up. 8pm.
  • Houston Astros vs. Los Angeles Dodgers at Minute Maid Park | Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28 – The ‘Stros host the next chapter of this epic baseball rivalry—this time featuring Shohei Ohtani—in a weekend series to close out the month of July. Expect Friday Fireworks, giveaways and other ballpark fun. $30 and up. Times vary.
  • Summer Community Celebration at Contemporary Arts Museum Houston | Saturday, July 27 | FREE – Explore CAMH’s current exhibitions, Theaster Gates: The Gift and The Renege and Olivia Erlanger: If Today Were Tomorrow, through a variety of hands-on activities at the museum. 9am to 5pm.
  • Buffalo Soldiers Day at Buffalo Soldiers National Museum | Saturday, July 27 | FREE – This fun-filled day of history and celebration has something for the whole family, including a scavenger hunt, kids activities, a food truck, and an exciting Living History presentation by Buffalo Soldiers historian Luis Padilla. 10am to 4pm.

  • Camp Loggerbier at Equal Parts Brewing | Saturday, July 27 | FREE – Hit up the Second Ward brewery to celebrate the new lager release of Lil Smoky, crafted in collaboration with Khói Barbecue and in three variants, including wild berry, lemongrass and rosehip. Rowdy’s BBQ will also be on hand for campy eats like s’mores, bbq mac and cheese, and more. Noon.
  • Summer Forever: Pig Roast Party Time at 8th Wonder Brewery | Saturday, July 27 | No Cover – The EaDo brewery joins with Blood Bros BBQ for a whole pig roast in the backyard, plus outdoor games, tunes by DJ L.A., and specials on Beach Break Coastal Cannabis all day. 2pm to 8pm.
  • Neon Night Out: Adults Only at Children’s Museum Houston | Saturday, July 27 – Relive your childhood as the museum transforms into an ’80s-themed playground for ages 21 and up. Put on your best retro attire for an evening filled with throwback tunes, light bites, and cocktails. $60. 6pm to 9pm.
  • Summer Nights at Museum of Fine Arts, Houston | Saturday, July 27 – The museum’s popular evening event ends for the summer with one last after-hours look at current exhibitions, plus curator talks, live music and specials at both museum restaurants. $40; includes one complimentary drink. 6pm to 9pm.
  • Zach Bryan in Concert at NRG Stadium | Saturday, July 27 – Known for his soulful lyrics, the captivating rising star in Americana country music brings The Quittin Time tour to Houston on the city’s biggest stage. Expect an evening of hits and songs from his latest album, The Great American Bar Scene. $75 and up. 7pm.
