Party in vibrant powders at Houston Holi: Festival of Colors in southwest Houston

Celebrate India’s harvest season with the return of Houston Holi: Festival of Colors at VPSS Haveli Temple Grounds on Saturday, March 26, 2022.

After a two-year hiatus, Houston Holi: Festival of Colors returns as one of the largest Holi celebrations in the United States, drawing thousands of color-ready guests for a colorful, family-friendly party to celebrate the harvest season in India.

Revelers are blasted by brightly colored powders (organic and non-toxic), while soaking in the festivities around them which will include Bollywood dance performances, a Battle of the DJs, and a headlining concert from the Billboard chart-topping singer-songwriter, Jay Sean.

This year’s festival also includes giveaways, amusement rides, vegetarian street foods and food trucks. With colorful powders splattering every surface, be sure to show up in white to really make the colors pop.
