Take in John Hughes’ classic 1986 movie Ferris Bueller’s Day Off in a manner befitting the film’s stylish titular hero in the pool at Hotel Derek on Friday, August 28, 2015.
It may be tough to play hookey from work in the day, but Hotel Derek is ready to great you with comfort, style and cheeky good times once the 5pm whistle blows. The movie will be shown above the hotel’s pool on its Texas-sized movie wall.
Starting at 5pm, guests will enjoy a full sampling of Revolve Kitchen + Bar’s summer menu along with fruity cocktails and local craft beers. The movie starts as the sun sets, which will be around 8pm.
