- Giant Lantern Art Workshops for Buffalo Bayou’s Grand Opening | Thursday and Friday | FREE – Get crafty during this series of workshops as you create large-scale lanterns for the grand opening of Buffalo Bayou Park. Materials are provided and children ages 9 and older are welcome with an adult. There are two three-hour shifts daily.
