Where to Happy Hour in Lazybrook & Timbergrove

In our Where to Happy Hour series, we search Houston’s vast array of neighborhoods for the very best libations.

In the Northwest corridor, just inside the 610 loop, you’ll find the largely residential neighborhoods of Lazybrook and Timbergrove.

German farmers originally settled the area in the late 1800s, and today you’ll find original bungalows and modest cottages alongside new development, parks and retailers, and some pretty stellar happy hour spots.

Hit the watering hole for weekly specials, which features deals like Cajun fried fish and beer and half-off wines on Monday, Texas Tuesdays beer specials, $3 fire sale beers and curry shrimp fried rice on Wednesdays, half-off all wine bottles on Thursdays, and reverse weekend happy hour.
