  • Big Bad Voodoo Daddy at the Heights Theater | Tuesday, April 2 – Get ready when the So-Cal contemporary swing band brings their legendary high energy performance to the intimate Heights stage to kick-off April. $30 and up. 8pm.
  • Amanda Ekery: Árabe Concert at Asia Society Texas Center | Friday, April 5 | FREE – Following a week-long residency at UH, the vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and composer Amanda Ekery will work with the public to create and perform songs at Asia Society’s first public installation, Rafael Domenech and Tomas Vu: Heat Silhouette. 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
  • Oneus at Bayou Music Center | Friday, April 5 – The hit K-Pop band, Oneus, brings its R&B-tinged songs to the Bayou City on their second world tour, La Dolce Vita. $75.50 and up. 7:30pm.
  • The Disco Biscuits at the Heights Theater | Friday, April 5 – Trance-fusion pioneers the Disco Biscuits are back on the scene with their first release since 2011, a space rock opera called Revolution In Motion. $38 and up. 7:30pm.
  • H-Town Blues Festival at NRG | Friday, April 5 – The annual blues festival is back in H-town for its 16th iteration and it’ll have renowned artists Tucka, Pokey Bear, King George and more on the bill. $59 and up. 8pm.

  • The Black Crowes at 713 Music Hall | Friday, April 5 – The Atlanta-based Southern rock band comes to Downtown with music from their brand new studio release Happiness Bastards, the first album since reuniting in 2019. $64 and up. 8pm.
  • Palomazo Norteño at 713 Music Hall | Saturday, April 6 – The renowned norteño band brings its signature fusion of modern beats and rhythms with traditional norteño music to the Post Houston stage. $109.59 and up. 8pm.
  • Ledisi at Bayou Music Center | Saturday, April 6 – The prolific jazz, R&B, and neo-soul singer-songwriter and actress, Ledisi brings music from her tenth studio album, The Good Life. $64 and up. 8pm.
  • Offset at Bayou Music Center | Sunday, April 7 – Founding member of the hugely influential rap group Migos, the formative rapper Offset comes through on his first headlining tour supporting his second album, Set It Off. $53 and up. 8pm.
  • Jazzy Sundays at Buffalo Bayou Park | Sundays from April 7 to April 28 | FREE – The annual Jazzy Sunday series moves to Buffalo Bayou Park with four Sunday outdoor concerts open to the public. Catch Ghost Note with Monterey Jazz and the TSU All-Stars (April 7); Free Radicals with Hot Box (April 14); R&D Lab with Lolade (April 21); and cap it off with Chief Adjuah and Sal Capone (April 28), before the series moves to Discovery Green for the month of May. 5pm to 7pm.

  • Lauren Daigle at Toyota Center | Thursday, April 11 – The multi-platinum Christian popstar returns to Houston following up her 2023 Rodeo appearance, this time celebrating her album, Kaleidoscope. $29 and up. 7pm.
  • Bailey Zimmerman at 713 Music Hall | Friday, April 12 – The young Southern rock star heads to Houston after making a splash last summer with his debut release, Religiously. The Album. $79 and up. 7:30pm.
  • Asking Alexandria at House of Blues | Saturday, April 13 – The new-look metalcore band brings music from their newest release, Where Do We Go From Here? to the Downtown stage. $39.50 and up. 5:30pm.
  • Sessanta: Primus, Puscifer & A Perfect Circle at Cynthia Mitchell Woods Pavilion | Saturday, April 13 – The Woodlands pavilion opens their 2024 season with a 60th birthday bash for Maynard James Keenan, the prog metal legend that fronts Puscifer and A Perfect Circle (as well as Tool). Legendary alt-rockers Primus join in on the fun. $39.50 and up. 8pm.
  • Frankie Beverly at Toyota Center | Saturday, April 13 – It’s about to be an evening chock full of classic soul and R&B legends as the frontman of Maze heads out on the road for the last time, joined by the O’Jays, El DeBarge, and his bandmates in Maze on the Farewell to Frankie tour. $94 and up. 7pm.

  • Strfkr at White Oak Music Hall | Saturday, April 13 – The synthy pop band out of Portland just released its seventh studio album, Parallel Realms, and now they‘re bringing tunes from the brand new record to the White Oak stage. $25 and up. 8pm.
  • Etienne Charles at Wortham Center | Friday, April 19 – Jazz trumpeter Etienne Charles and his band, Creole Soul, take the Wortham Center stage for Earth Tones, a world premiere co-commision with DaCamera that blends sound, stories, images and film. $41 and up. 8pm.
  • Adam Ant at Bayou Music Center | Saturday, April 20 – Coming stateside for the first time in five years, pillars of new wave music Adam Ant brings Antmusic to the Bayou City. $54 and up. 8pm.
  • Bad Religion & Social Distortion at Bayou Music Center | Monday, April 22 – Punk rock heavyweights Bad Religion and Social Distortion join forces for a co-headlining tour through the United States. $76 and up. 7pm.
  • Swans at White Oak Music Hall | Tuesday, April 23 – The experimental rock group lands in White Oak for a night of tunes from their newest, The Beggar, and other fan faves. $30 and up. 7pm.nrg

  • Chicano Batman at White Oak Music Hall | Thursday, April 25 – Fresh off the release of their new album Notebook Fantasy, the tropicalia psych rock band stops by with a set of new tunes at the Northside venue. $32.50 and up. 7pm.
  • Kane Brown at Toyota Center | Saturday, April 27 – The chart-topping country artist stops by Downtown Houston on his In The Air Tour, bringing along Tyler Hubbard and Parma Lee. $49 and up. 7pm.
  • Bronco at Smart Financial Centre | Sunday, April 28 – One of Nuevo León’s finest grupero bands, the legendary Mexican regional music makers Bronco will take over the Sugar Land stage. $56 and up. 7pm.
  • Rolling Stones at NRG Stadium | Sunday, April 28 – The legendary rock ‘n’ roll band with nearly 2,000 concerts under their belts celebrate almost 60 years together with music from their latest, Hackney Diamonds. $69 and up. 8pm.
