Take in a polo match in Houston’s backyard with the Houston Polo Club every Sunday afternoon this fall from Sunday, September 7 to Sunday, November 9, 2014.
Located at Farish Field in Memorial Park, the Houston Polo Club brings a snap of the genteel to Houston’s massive green space that’s normally associated with running Adidas, Nike and New Balance sneakers. Each Sunday, Farish Field itself pounds with clomping hooves and exhilarating polo action.
The Fall season kicks off Sunday, September 7, 2014. Polo matches typically last between one to two hours, and crowds are welcome to step away from the competition to refuel at the Red Oak Grill, offering up food and drinks from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.
Men must wear collared shirts and closed-toed shoes.

Houston Polo Club Fall Season

- Admission: Tickets range from $15 to $30 on the Red Oak Lawn; $240 to $695 for Grandstand Seats. Children aged 12 and under are admitted at a discount price of $10 each. You can get two discounted $30 Red Oak Lawn tickets for $33 from Groupon through Saturday, August 30, 2014. After buying the Groupon, you’ll need to call 713-681-8571 to make a reservation for the date of your choice.
