How Favor Works
Once you download for Favor for free for your iPhone or Android phone, you can place an order from any store within the Houston delivery area, or even choose one of Favor’s featured items.
Favor assigns your errand to a trusted runner, who will retrieve groceries, food, office supplies, clothing or anything else you need. The runner will bring it to your home, office or other location within the delivery area.
Deliveries arrive in about 35 minutes, on average, although times can vary based on demand, traffic and restaurant wait times. Favor keeps you informed about the status of your order and you may even get a text from your runner to clarify any details.
Before finalizing the order, you can review your receipt, select the tip and confirm purchase. Payment for any purchases is thoroughly cashless and handled through the app. All orders will have a $6 fee plus 5% of the cost of the items and tip to the runner.
