Take in the high energy dance of the Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company as they present two pieces on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
Hailed for its elegance, power, technical ability, versatility and inner fire, the Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company has long been at the forefront of dance in New Jersey. For this performance, which is part of ERJCC’s Dance Month at the Kaplan Theatre, the company will pull pieces from its high-energy and technically demanding repertory. With works both intellectual and emotional, the program includes two pieces, Keystone and Cat’s Cradle, choreographed by Dorfman, and one piece by Doug Elkins, entitled Narcoleptic Lovers.
