The Downtown hotel continues its summer pop-up dinner experience, where Chef Chris Shepherd presents a Sunday Supper, taking inspiration from his favorite childhood restaurant in Omaha, Mr. C’s Steakhouse.

Expect a dark and moody dining room lit with holiday lights, checkered tablecloths, and Rat Pack–era live music alongside elevated modern Italian classics, from Parmigiano Reggiano with aged balsamic vinegar and baked cacio e pepe to strip steak, chicken parm, and tiramisu.
