Sign the kiddos up to work out with American Ninja Warriors at Iron Sports in Champions.

The summer television series American Ninja Warriors on NBC follows competitors as they tackle a series of grueling obstacle courses in both local qualifying and city finals rounds across the country, including Houston.

If you recognize the name Sam Sann or Daniel Gil, or if your kids pick playgrounds based on their likeness to an America Ninja Warrior course, you need to visit Iron Sports in Champions.

Iron Sports is an Official Ninja Warrior Training Facility, with classes for kids and adults, beginners and experts.
While you are training, likely you’ll see the owner, Sam Sann. He’s the 48-year old Ninja Warrior that out performs kids half his age.
Kids drop in classes start at $10 and include 2 hours of training with an instructor. Kids can try monkey bars, rings, tunnels, peg boards, stemming walls, running ramps, rope climbing, military ladders and more.
