Dig in with a pizza taster, featuring four different pizza slices, paired with four brand brews from 8th Wonder Brewery (including two brand new releases) at Your Pie’s special Pizza & Beer Dinners from Thursday, May 18 through Saturday, May 20, 2017.
Each ten-inch pizza will contain a slice each from four different pizzas. A flight of four, 4-oz beer tasters will be paired with the pizza, including a couple of new 8th Wonder beers and an exclusive pouring of the limited brew Piña Colada Boss Beer.
The two newly debuted beers on the menu are the Weisstheimer, a hefeweizen, and IP8, a double IPA. Diners will also be getting a sneak taste of Your Pie’s new summer seasonal Peach Proscuitto pizza.
The $20 dinner price includes the pizza, four beer tasters and an 8th Wonder pint glass. For an extra $5, you can also add a gelato float made with 8th Wonder’s Rocket Fuel.
8th Wonder Beer & Your Pie Pizza Pairings
- Peach Proscuitto Pizza (olive oil, prosciutto, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, peaches, basil, and honey balsamic) paired with Weisstheimer hefeweizen.
- The Nat Pizza (basil pesto, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, chicken, and feta cheese) paired with Alternate Universe altbier.
- The Lineage Pizza (marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, and green peppers) paired with IP8 double IPA.
- Hawaiian Isle Pizza (ham, pineapple, mozzarella, and marinara) paired with Piña Colada Boss Beer, a limited edition wheat beer.
