Take in the sassy, dark-humored musical based on the classic 1989 film when TUTS Underground presents Heathers The Musical, from Thursday, April 28 through Sunday, May 8, 2016.

Based on the hilarious dark 80s comedy starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater and Shannen Doherty, Heathers The Musical tackles high school hiearchies and implodes them from the top down.

Based on the classic 1989 film, Heathers tells the tale of Westerberg High. The school is ruled by a shoulder-padded, scrunchie-wearing junta: Heather, Heather and Heather – the hottest and cruelest girls in all of Ohio.

Cool, but misfit, Veronica Sawyer rejects their evil regime for a new boyfriend, the dark and sexy stranger J.D., who plans to knock off the Heathers, along with Westerberg’s other social elite, in a series of assinations.
