The Harvest Moon Regatta is an annual southward bound offshore sailboat race departing from Lakewood Yacht Club and passing by Galveston en route to Port Aransas.

Set up some chairs along the Seawall to see dozens of sailboats race along the Galveston coastline.

Viewing spots are also available south of Galveston all along the coast to Port Aransas, where the race ends.
