16th Annual Juried Exhibition at Archway Gallery (Confirmed)

FreeThe Montrose gallery mainstay celebrates its 16th annual Juried Exhibition, with a free opening reception, benefiting Trees for Houston.
Each year an invited juror selects works by local artists for the month-long exhibition. This year’s juror is acclaimed artist Lydia Bodnar-Balahutrak.
Originally from Ohio, Bodnar-Balahutrak has lived and worked in Houston since 1977. She has participated in several national and international exhibitions since 1991 and has been awarded residencies in France, Ukraine, and U.S. venues. Her work can be found in museum and university galleries and private collections in the USA, Canada, and Europe. Notable US/Ukrainian collections include The Ukrainian Museum and The Ukrainian Institute of America in NYC, and The Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art in Chicago.
Trees of Houston will be giving away tree seedlings.
There will be juror remarks and rewards at 6:30pm.
The exhibit will be on display from Saturday, July 6 through Thursday, August 1, 2024.
