Enjoy holiday season fun for the whole family when the City of Deer Park hosts its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at Patrick’s Cabin Christmas Town on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

With the holiday season fast approaching, Deer Park is ready to welcome everyone to its annual tree lighting ceremony, held at the historic site of Patrick’s Cabin in the heart of the city. The community event ushers in the holidays with appearances by Santa Claus along with plenty of spirited fun for everyone.

Festive fun awaits for the whole family, including campfire storytelling, a trip to Santa’s workshop to craft Christmas ornaments, cookies from Mrs. Claus, live animals as part of the Bethlehem Nativity scene, carollers singing holiday favorites around the grounds, a local marketplace, and more.

The tree lighting will begin at 6pm, with festivities ongoing throughout the evening.
