Discover a hidden Japanese izakaya gem beloved for its savory bowls of housemade ramen and more at Tiger Den.

Located in the heart of Chinatown in the nightlife-centric Dun Huang Plaza, Tiger Den is a Japanese ramen and Izakaya restaurant known for its house-made noodles and broth that is simmered slowly for more than 20 hours to create a savory experience.

Folks line up outside of this small ramen outpost in droves to get a taste of the restaurant’s variety of soup flavors including, garlic black bean, original tonkotsu, miso, and spicy miso.

Looking for something other than ramen? Tiger Den’s authentic charcoal grill churns out unbelievably tasty items like beef ribeye, grilled squid, shrimp, pork jowel, chicken skins, lamb, and our favorite, the “Mushroom Medley”.
