Marvel at the high energy men’s dance company Compagnie Käfig when they perform Correria Agwa at the Wortham Theater Center on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 8pm.

Based in France, the dance company is comprised entirely of Brazilian men, whose movements and choreography seems to defy the laws of physics. The production combines dare-devilish circus skills, street dance, martial arts, hip-hop and astonishing digital projections.

Compagnie Käfig creates pieces that are, in the words of The Boston Globe, “simply jaw-dropping.” Let yourself be amazed by the Compagnie’s incredible pace, complex rhythm and truly remarkable athleticism when its latest show, Correria Agwa, comes to the Wortham Theater Center.
