The crowd-pleasing Savannah Bananas are taking over Sugar Land this Spring Break, with events, food, and more family fun happening across the city.
The signature public event is the Going Bananas Celebration & Scavenger Hunt at Sugar Land Town Square happening on Thursday morning, March 16, 2023. And regardless of whether you have tickets to one of the the 3 game nights, you’ll have a chance to meet some of the players themselves and win tickets or other prizes.
In addition to all of the special events happening this week, there are also amazing opportunities to explore local Sugar Land attractions, where guests can bike on the new Pump Track at Crown Festival Park, swing with Tarzan at Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park, take in the Spring Break activities at Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center, or immerse yourself in the new Ocean Bound water conservation exhibit at the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land.

- Sugar Land Town Square Spring Break Series | Daily through St. Patrick’s Day, Friday 17 | FREE – Catch free lunchtime entertainment with family events and performances, including Houston’s Wild Dino Show, Flippenout Trampoline Show, and Mr. Leo’s Puppet Show. 11:30am to 1:30pm.
- Going Bananas Celebration & Scavenger Hunt at Sugar Land Town Square | Thursday, March 16 | FREE – Find bananas hidden around Sugar Land Town Square and you might win tickets to see the Savannah Bananas Exhibition Game, plus tickets to Space Cowboy games, shows at Smart Financial Centre, and more. Plus, see the unveiling of Shelbi Nicole‘s bananas-inspired pavement art, meet and greet some of the Savannah Bananas themselves, and more. 11am; scavenger hunt check-in starts at 10:30am.
- The Savannah Bananas at Constellation Field | Thursday, March 16 to Saturday, March 18 – The viral sensations on the diamond, the Savannah Bananas bring three days of exhibition baseball fun that incorporates hilarious antics, TikTok dances, and more for an unforgettable night at the ballpark. Tickets are sold out at the venue, but you may find hard-to-find tickets using the TicketNetwork online marketplace. Bus transportation to the Savannah Bananas games is available from Sugar Land Town Square for $8 in advance. 7pm daily.
