Get inspired to read, write, or take a photo in front of the Changing Language, Changing Worlds mural.
Located in the heart of Montrose on the side of the Printing Museum, the building-wide Changing Language, Changing Worlds mural is the work of both artist “DUAL” (@dual_streets) and award-winning design studio 29 Letters (@29letters), who specialize in contemporary Arabic and multilingual typography.
The huge work is broken up into 4 panels along the entirety of the museum’s side. Through this huge transformation, DUAL aims to use his bold lines and fresh colors to break away from the everyday monotony of life in the city.
Though he has been a constant presence on the street and a fixture in the Houston art scene since 2005, DUAL operates under a pseudonym to let his audience write their own narrative for who he is and the message he is trying to get across.

- Best Time to Photograph: Arguably, the best time to photograph the mural is in the early morning around sunup.
- Parking: Free street and lot parking is available in the surrounding area. Photogs and visitors alike should note that this is a very busy area.
