Located in the heart of the Theater District in Downtown Houston, Bayou Music Center helps to anchor the Bayou Place entertainment hub, which is also comprised of a movie theater, popular restaurants, and bars.
Under multiple names (most recently by its former Revention Music Center name), Bayou Music Center has been a common stop for tours since 1997, hosting acts including Jack White, Steve Aoki, the Flaming Lips, and Run the Jewels, as well as nationally recognized comedians and other national acts.
Despite its capacity for 2,400 fans across an upper and lower level, Bayou Music Center provides an intimate environment so that you never feel that far away from the stage, regardless of where you find yourself.
On any given night, this area of Downtown becomes a bustling setting, swarming with concert attendees, theater patrons, and those just catching a movie. Underground parking is easily accessible with plenty of availability for the Theater District’s multiple venues.
Its proximity to MetroRail stops also makes for a smooth ride to various areas of Downtown and East Downtown (aka EaDo), while fans are just a few blocks over and up from the popular nightlife destination surrounding Market Square Park and its many acclaimed bars and restaurants.
