The Moth Project Live at Discovery Green | Saturday, February 15 | FREE – Part of the Atlas by Jen Lewin series, Discovery Green presents the acclaimed duo from NYC featuring Grammy-nominated producer Peter Kiesewalter and Texas-born violinist Whitney La Grange for a 90-minute multimedia experience that blends music, imagery, science, mythology, and personal stories. 7pm.

Chat Pile in Concert at The Secret Group | Saturday, February 15 – The quickly emerging Oklahoma City rock band—featuring a quartet performing under the stage names Raygun Busch, Luther Manhole, Stin, and Cap’n Ron—takes to the EaDo stage for a Saturday night show. $25. 7:30pm.

Mary J. Blige in Concert at Toyota Center | Tuesday, February 18 – The Grammy- and Emmy-winning and Oscar-nominated “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul” takes over the Rocket’s home stadium with a live concert celebrating her latest album, Gratitude. Ne-Yo and Mario open. $79 and up. 7pm.

Soccer Mommy in Concert at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, February 21 – The alternative indie singer-songwriter out of Nashville—who also plays the guitar, drums, bass, and saxophone—lands on the downstairs stage. $30 and up. 7pm.

The Bright Light Social Hour in Concert at White Oak Music Hall | Friday, February 21 – The psychedelic rock band from Austin known for “Sweet Madeline,” “Infinite Cities,” and “Sun King” drops into H-Town to play WOMH’s upstairs stage. $25. 7pm.

Faye Webster in Concert at 713 Music Hall | Friday, February 21 – The Georgia-based indie singer-songwriter who rose to fame with her 2019 album Atlanta Millionaires Club brings her act to the 713 stage. $76 and up. 8pm.

Shovels & Rope in Concert at The Heights Theater | Friday, February 21 – The husband and wife folk duo from Charleston, South Carolina, Michael Trent and Cary Ann Hearst, land in the HTX, blending their individual traditional folk, rock ‘n roll and country rock talents into a compelling sound. Houston Symphony: Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in Concert at Jones Hall | Friday, February 21 & Saturday, February 22 – See a live screening of what’s widely regarded as the best Star Wars movie of all time (1980, PG) with John Williams’ moving and rousing live score, including the exhilarating Imperial March, performed live on stage by the symphony. Pimpinela in Concert at Arena Theatre | Saturday, February 22 – The Argentine duo comprised of siblings Joaquín Galán and Lucía Galán, known for their songs of love and original singling style, come to West Houston’s theater in the round on their Noticias del Amor Tour. $49 and up. 8:30pm.

Gypsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes in Concert at Smart Financial Centre | Sunday, February 23 – Led by Nicolas Reyes, the Gypsy Kings have dominated the World Music charts and enthralled audiences worldwide for more than 3 decades. Special guest Adelaide opens. $44 and up. 7pm.

Jackopierce in Concert at House of Blues | Sunday, February 23 – Sometimes called the hardest touring band in the U.S. the alt-rock duo that emerged out of Dallas in 1988 lives up to their reputation with a live show on the Downtown stage. $30 and up. 7pm.

JoJo in Concert at House of Blues | Tuesday, February 25 – The singer-songwriter, actress, record producer and millennial darling  known for “Baby It’s You,” “Gold,” and “The Way You Do Me” performs on the music hall stage in Downtown. $35 and up. 7pm.

Los Skarnales & Swimwear Department in Concert at The Heights Theater | Friday, February 28 – This Houston double-header showcases 2 body-movingly infectious local outfits. Swimwear Department is a dance-punk band whose songs are about swimming pools, shopping malls, and sometimes both. Los Skarnales has been performing their Pachuco Boogie Ska to the world for almost 3 decades. It’s Houston, y’all. $22. 8pm.

Role Model in Concert at House of Blues | Friday, February 28 – A former rapper and Saint Laurent cowboy, the pop singer-songwriter Tucker Harrington Pillsbury known as Role Model takes to the House of Blues stage. $35.50 and up. 7pm.
