- Just Dance Live at Revention Music Center | Daily – Watch your favorite interactive dance game come to life, as more than 15 costumed dancers perform in Just Dance Live at Revention Music Center. Before the show starts, walk down the red carpet to the “Get Ready for It” zone, where you can transform yourself into a brightly colored character from the game. - The Exonerated at MATCH | Thursday and Friday – Experience a moving performance based on the true stories of six criminally convicted men and women wrongly sentenced to death in The Exonerated at MATCH. - TUTS presents Bright Star at the Hobby Center | Thursday to Saturday – Catch this new Broadway musical directed by Grammy-winners Steve Martin and Edie Brickell when the tour makes a two-week stop at Houston’s Hobby Center. Bright Star tells a tale of love and redemption set in the American South during the 1920s and 1940s. Tickets start at $30, but you may find cheaper or better seats on TicketNetwork’s resale marketplace. Thursday 7:30pm; Friday 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm.
- The Merry Wives of Windsor at Queensbury Theatre | Thursday to Saturday – Watch and laugh along during this all-female production of the Shakespearean comedy, The Merry Wives of Windsor, when Boiling Point Players performs at Queensbury Theatre. In the play, Falstaff attempts to seduce two wealthy women of Windsor in hopes of stealing their fortune. However, the women quickly turn the tables on him, wreaking havoc throughout the city. Tickets are $20; limited discounted $10 tickets are available. 8:30pm every night.
- Sherlock Holmes and the Spinsters of Blackmead at Theatre Suburbia | Friday and Saturday – Watch a mystery unfold as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson attempt to solve a slew of murders in Suburbia Theatre’s performance of Sherlock Holmes and the Spinsters of Blackmead. Tickets are $16, but you may find limited discounted tickets for $8. 8:30pm.
- Register Now to play in a Sportsmonkey League | Friday through Sunday –Sportsmonkey, the premier sport and social club located in Houston, Katy, The Woodlands and Sugar Land, is offering adult intramural sport leagues for players of all levels. No matter what level you are, you can participate in sand volleyball, flag football, soccer, kickball, softball and more at participating locations. Prices vary per tournament. - Tomball German Heritage Festival in Old Town Tomball | Friday to Sunday – Eat, drink, and celebrate all things German at the German Heritage Festival in Old Town Tomball. Beer, wine, and plenty of food will be available for purchase, along with a petting zoo, live music, and more than 200 vendors. Friday 6pm to 10pm; Saturday 10am to 10pm; Sunday 10am to 6pm.
- Bayou City Art Festival at Memorial Park | Friday to Sunday – Appreciate the work of more than 300 artists spanning 19 disciplines during the three-day Bayou City Art Festival at Memorial Park. The annual event also features music, local food vendors, beverages, entertainment, and a creative zone for kids. 10am to 6pm every day.
- Easter Eggstravaganza at Blessington Farms | Saturday and Sunday – Bring the family for a festive day of Easter egg-hunting, strawberry-picking, hay rides and more at Blessington Farms’ Easter Eggstravaganza. After redeeming their eggs for candy and prizes, kids can also enjoy barrel trains, giant slides, and meet animals like chickens, goats, and camels. $20. 10am to 5pm.
- In Bloom Music Festival at Eleanor Tinsley Park | Saturday and Sunday – Boasting a new name and earlier dates, what was formerly Free Press Summer Fest is now In Bloom Music Festival at Eleanor Tinsley Park. This year’s lineup features more than 50 artists, including Incubus, Beck, and Martin Garrix. Tickets start at $79, but you may find cheaper or better tickets on the TicketNetwork resale marketplace. 11am both days.
- International Watermedia Exhibit 2018 at Watercolor Art Society | FREE | Saturday and Sunday – View and purchase the watercolor artwork of painters from across the globe at Watercolor Art Society’s International Watermedia Exhibit 2018. Watercolor demos and workshops are available throughout the month as part of the exhibition. Saturday 3pm to 6pm; Sunday 2pm to 4pm.
