  • Pet Adoption with Houston Pets Alive at Little Woodrow’s Midtown | No Cover – Adopt a new best friend when Houston Pets Alive hosts a Pet Adoption event at Little Woodrow’s Midtown. Bring in pet food or supplies and receive a complimentary Lone Star beer. 2pm to 6pm.
  • Matt Nestor in Concert at B-52 Brewing | No Cover – Sip on tasty local brew in the heart of Conroe while listening to the catchy, acoustic tunes of local singer-songwriter, Matt Nestor, at B-52 Brewing. 2pm.
  • Writespace presents How to Build an Author Platform on Zoom | Virtual – Learn how to build your brand as an author in a workshop that teaches folks more than just self-promotion when Writespace hosts their virtual event online via Zoom. $60 for non-members; $45 for members. 3pm to 6pm.

  • The Fall of Troy in Concert at White Oak Music Hall Bang your head to the rocking sounds of the Fall of Troy, when they celebrate the 16th anniversary of their album, Doppelganger, by performing it in its entirety at White Oak Music Hall in the Heights. $30 in advance; $40 at the door. 6:30pm.
  • Gottmik at ReBar Houston Catch a show-stopping performance from drag queen and RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13 contestant, Gottmik, at the LGBTQ-friendly venue, ReBar. This event is 21 and up. Cover charge at the door. 11pm.
