- Houston Astros vs. Seattle Mariners: Live from Minute Maid Park on ATT SportsNet-SW | Friday to Sunday – The Seattle Mariners are in town for a three-game weekend series against the boys in blue and orange. Times vary.
- Walmart Drive-In Theater Pop-Up in Spring Branch | Friday and Saturday | FREE – RSVP in advance to catch film screenings of Friday Night Lights and Selena in the parking lot of the Houston Walmart on Silber Road, just west of the 610 Loop. Advance RSVP required. 7:30pm both nights.
- Sugar Land Skeeters: League Competitions Games at Constellation Field | Daily – See the Skeeters fend off professional teams at a local tournament that also features Sugar Land Lightening Sloths, Team Texas, and Easter Reyes del Tigre at socially distance ballgames throughout the weekend. - Houston Restaurant Weeks 2020 Around Greater Houston | Daily – H-Town’s ever-popular month-long dining event dominates August, complete with a new takeout option, offering up multi-course, fixed-price menus at almost 200 establishments around greater Houston. For every meal sold, $1 will be donated to Houston Food Bank. $20 lunches and brunches; $35 or $45 for dinners.

- Memorial City presents Kidtastic: Andyroo & The Andyrooniverse on Facebook Live | FREE – Geared toward ages 1 to 10, this 30-minute sing-along gives kids a chance to get up and use their energy, dancing to the tunes of local kid-friendly musician extraordinaires, Andyroo and the Andyrooniverse. 10am to 10:30am.
- Houston Rockets vs. Philadelphia 76ers on ATT Sportsnet-SW & ESPN – Watch the Rockets wrap up the first phase of the NBA restart, locking in playoff seeds for high-stakes games that begin next week. 3pm.
