Laugh along when the hilarious 1-woman, adult holiday comedy The Night Shift Before Christmas returns this season at Alley Theatre, showing now through Sunday, December 28, 2025.
The Alley’s hit show is back on the Neuhaus stage for the 2025 season, starring Briana J. Resa as Margot, who’s braving grumpy drive-thru customers on Christmas Eve—until her late best friend’s ghost arrives with a warning of incoming spirits.
Confronted by her past, present and future, Margot faces her inner Scrooge in a holiday show packed with humor and heart.
Written by Texas native playwright Isaac Gómez and directed by KJ Sanchez, the comedy is a modern reimagining of Dickens’ classic inspired by the mom-and-pop restaurants that make Houston great.
