Eat cheese, drink wine, and be merry at a wine bar built with conversation and community in mind at Camerata at Paulie’s.
Located in the heart of Montrose, Camerata is beloved for their delicious wines and knowledgeable staff that are able to guide customers in their decision making and pairing options.
The restaurant’s name, taken from an Italian term which translates to “room or chamber where gatherings are held”, was inspired by owner Paul Petronella‘s heritage and his desire to create an unpretentious meeting place where guests can enjoy delicious beverages and thoughtful bar food.
Looking for a bar that keeps it fresh? Camerata’s by-the-glass list changes every day and is determined based on the weather outside or whatever the staff is most excited about pouring at the moment. Not to mention, their bottle list changes about once a month and is a good representation of what the staff like to drink from all around the world.
And if you’re coming hungry, customers should note that the menu consists of fine salumi, artisanal cheeses, and typical bar food options, but if you’re looking for a full meal, try dinner next door at Petronella’s restaurant Paulie’s before drinks at Camerata.
