Archway Gallery presents a free, virtual opening reception and artist talk to debut its April exhibition, Consequential Journey, featuring new works by Becky Soria.
In her paintings, Soria approaches the human figure less from its familiar shapes, and much more from within, making visible its visceral emotional life. Using abstractions of language, color, and texture that allow her to capture the profound sentiments that humans have felt throughout the ages for the Earth as Goddess and Mother, Soria explores the inexorably evolving woman.
