Express Children’s Theatre presents Celebrating Black History!, a program featuring live music, dance and kid-friendly poetry presenting Black history from ancient Africa to today.

The show presents the unique role African Americans play in American history including leaders, scientists, artists, athletes, inventors and visionaries such as Queen Nefertiti, Henry “Box” Brown, Geroge Washington Carver, Jesse Owens, Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King, Simone Biles, Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Barack Obama, Vice-President Kamala Harris, and more.
