FotoFest presents Creative Conversations / Digital with Leo & Shobun Baile on Zoom

FotoFest presents the first in its series of free-to-watch, virtual artist talks, starting with arts Leo and Shobun Baile. The talk will be moderated by FotoFest’s associate curator Max Fields.
The series brings together artists, creatives, and online audiences for an in-depth conversation on social, cultural, and aesthetic issues in relationship to creative praxis.
This week’s program features artists Leo and Shobun Baile, two artists currently living and working in Houston, who recently collaborated on the site-specific installation, “If I don’t look you in the eye” (2020), for the FotoFest Biennial 2020 central exhibition, “African Cosmologies: Photography, Time, and the Other,” curated by Mark Sealy.
