Saturday, August 22, 2020 | 7:15 pm
One event on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10:15 pm
The weekly and socially-distanced drive-in movie experience, located at Shady Acres Saloon, features films inspired by live music and shown on an LED movie screen.
Spaces are available for 15 vehicles per screening. Shady Acres Saloon will also be selling food and drinks.
There are two screenings of the film, at 7:15pm and 10:15pm.
Attendees should arrive 30 minutes prior to the movie start time. New titles will be presented every weekend.
High Fidelity stars Rob (John Cusack), a failed record store owner with encyclopedic knowledge of music, who revisits his top five break-ups of all time. As he examines his failed attempts at romance and happiness, the process finds him being dragged, kicking and screaming, into adulthood. The movie also features performances by Jack Black, Lisa Bonet, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Joan Cusack, and Tim Robbins.
Social Distancing & COVID-19 Precautions
Attendees will remain in their cars throughout the presentation, with a special program set-up for using the restrooms. Face masks are required at all times when outside of vehicles.
Businesses around Greater Houston and the State of Texas are opening up and individual social distancing practices vary from location to location. Masks are still strongly encouraged and recommended to help reduce the spread of the virus and help protect your neighbors.
Please contact this organizer directly if you have any questions about their operational guidelines during this time.
Tickets are $30 per movie, per vehicle. Click here to order tickets or for more information.
