Dickens-on-the-Strand-Galveston

Travel back in time as Galveston’s historic Strand is transformed into Charles Dickens’ Victorian London for this 46th annual, family-friendly event.

Gear up for parades, live entertainment on six stages, strolling carolers, roving musicians, bagpipers, jugglers, and a visit from the characters of Dickens’ books.

This year͛s festival begins Friday, December 6 with free admission to Fezziwig͛s Beer Hall from 5pm to 9pm and continues with ticketed admission Saturday, December 7, from 10am to 9pm and Sunday, December 8, from noon to 6pm.

Tickets start at $13 for adults; $7 for kids ages 7 to 12 and free for kids under 6. Click here for more information.
