Christmas in the Park at George Ranch Historical Park

Travel back in time to Christmas pasts to explore the historic decor and customs practiced between 1830 and 1930.
Visitors can gather round the 1830s campfire, sip a traditional Mexican hot cocoa, and enjoy the music of singing cowboy, Smokey Culver.
There will also be a spice cookie-baking experience, lesson about the influence of Prince Albert’s Germanic holiday traditions in the 1860s, chance to create beautiful Victorian ornaments at the Davis Mansion, a talk with the blacksmith about the tradition of metal toy making in the late 1800s.
