Inspired by those old Scholastic Book Fair catalogs, Social Beer Garden hosts a nostalgic, bookish night out with Beyond the Covers: Book Fair for Adults—with cocktails—in Midtown.

The event will feature local indie bookstores and vendors, author signings and meet-and-greet, literary-themed cocktails, flash tattoos for bold book lovers, food trucks, surprises and giveaways, and more.

A portion of proceeds benefits BE A Resource (BEAR) Houston, supporting kids in the foster care system.
