6th Annual Afro-Latin Fest at the Westin Galleria

The sixth annual Afro-Latin Fest presents a full weekend of world music and dance, live performances, and more entertainment that represents more than 15 countries.

The festival celebrates indigenous, African, Latin American, European, and African-American cultures through the arts.

There will be more than 20 dance workshops for all skill levels, live concerts, dance sows, an art exhibit, a panel discussion on Afro-Latin topics, and more.

Note that the free events on Thursday, May 23 will be hosted at University of Houston Downtown and at Etro Lounge.

Single night tickets for the evening concerts and dancing start at $20. Full passes to all panel discussions and events, which include the concerts and entertainment, are $225 for one person, with added discounts for passes for two people or four people.

Free passes are available for select workshops and events.
