- Comedian D.L. Hughley at Houston Improv | Friday to Sunday – A legendary comedian, actor, and host of his weekday radio show, D.L. Hughley stops by the Improv for five sets across three nights. Tickets are $110 for 2, and up. Times vary.
- 6th Annual Houston Lebanese Festival at Constellation Field | Saturday & Sunday – Celebrate Lebanaon’s food, music, history, culture, and more family-friendly fun. Each day will be capped off by headliner concert with Guy Manoukian on Saturday and Najwa Karam on Sunday. $35; $10 for ages each day. Times vary.
- Football Biergarten Pop-Up at CityCentre | Saturday & Sunday | No Cover – Take in pints of specialty Oktoberfest brews while you catch college and NFL games on the outdoor screens all weekend long. Saturday 11am to 9pm; Sunday 11am to 8pm.

- The Broads Way Drag Show at Michael’s Outpost | No Cover – A lil’ bird may have let you know that Michael’s Outpost was Montrose’s only piano bar, but it’s no secret that this LGBTQ+ establishment has one of the best weekly drag shows in the city. 9pm to 2am.

- September Steak Night at Eight Row Flint – Chef de Cuisine Marcelo Garcia hopes you’re ready for this live-fire, weekly event on Eight Row’s patio, featuring skirt steak paired with a grilled tomato and burrata salad. Dinners are available from 5pm until they sell out. $20. 5pm to midnight.
- Bone Thugs-N-Harmony in Concert at House of Blues – Bone bone Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are back together and back in H-Town and the hip-hop group is sure to play all the faves. $30 and up. 7pm.
- Stranger Things Trivia at Little Woodrow’s on Shepherd | No Cover – Time to test out all the knowledge you picked up from those crazy kids in Hawkins at Stranger Things Trivia Night, do you copy? 7pm.
- Giulia Millanta & Gabe Rhodes in Concert at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck – The Italian-born, Austin-based Americana singer-songwriter is in town ready to serve up some serious toe-tappers and boot stompers when she and Gabe Rhodes visits the Upper Kirby stage. $30 and up. 7pm.
- Bachata Tuesday at Sable Gate Winery – Latin Dance Factory invites you to an all-skill-levels night where you can learn bachata and then show off your skills at the dance social that follows. $15; $5 for the social only. 7pm to 11:45pm.
- International Friendly: Honduras vs. Guatemala at PNC Stadium – Diego Vásquez hopes to maintain his team’s success when Houston hosts an international friendly match between Honduras and Guatemala. $50 and up. 8pm.

- Right Response: Artists Respond to SCOTUS at Hardy & Nance Studios | FREE – Mothers Against Greg Abbott presents the group art exhibition, Right Response: Artists respond to SCOTUS at the near-Downtown art gallery. - Comedian Zakir Khan at Cullen Performance Hall – Winner of Comedy Central India’s Best Stand Up Comedian, Zakir Khan is in the H on the University of Houston Campus to perform an incredibly special show entirely in Hindi. $55 and up. 7pm.
- Junior H in Concert at 713 Music Hall – Junior H. is coming to the Bayou City and he’s bringing la musica regional Mexicana, que se ha revolucionado, with him. $39 and up. 7:45pm.
- Karol G in Concert at Toyota Center – The Colombian reggaeton baddie, la Bichota, is breaking all kinds of records and will be breaking all kinds of hearts when she brings her avant-garde spectacle of a show to H-Town. $39.50 and up. 8pm.
- Painting on the Patio Thursday at Belle Station – Grab your friends or arrive solo, and sip on a cocktail, vibe to tunes by DJ Dolo, and get your creative juices flowing by painting your masterpiece at Belle Station for a perfect start to the weekend. - Sunny Sweeney in Concert at Dosey Doe: the Big Barn – H-Town’s own bright star, the country music singer-songwriter, Sunny Sweeney is coming through the Big Barn in the Woodlands so get them boots on and get to toe tappin’. $20 and up. 8:30pm.

- Grito Fest 2022 Pre-Party at Baytown Town Square | FREE – Hispanic Heritage Month is still going through October 15, so be sure to take advantage of this festival in Baytown wherein you’ll have the opportunity to learn about Hispanic and Tejano culture by experiencing mariachi, ballet folklórico and Tejano artist Jay Perez. 5:30pm to 10pm.
- Comedian Amanda Seales at Bayou Music Center – The Renaissance woman—actress, comedian, rapper, you name it—has been a star for nearly her entire life and is stopping by the Bayou City on her Black Outside Again Tour. $35 and up. 7:30pm.

- Oktoberfest 5k Pub Run/Walk in Montrose | FREE – Soak in the great weather and join a Montrose pub crawl starting at the Phoenix on Westheimer and proceeding to West Alabama Ice House, Poison Girl, and Penny Whistle—followed by a stein-hoisting competition—at a fundraiser to support Friends of the Phoenix’s Bike Around the Bay Team. Free to join; $10 donation is suggested. 1pm to 5pm.
- Slay All Day Drag Show at Social Beer Garden | No Cover – This weekly drag show may start early but it’ll have you wanting to party deep into the night with drink specials, drag performances, and opportunities to get to know your community with interactive spelling bees, and more. 2pm to 4pm.
- Oktoberfest: Music to My Beers at Pearland Town Center | FREE – The big beer fest extravaganza returns to Pearland with a full day of music performances from Morgan Ashley, the Hamilton Loomis Duo, and the Stringbenders, plus, you can sample seasonal offerings from nine of the region’s tastiest craft breweries. 2pm to 9pm.
- Oktoberfest at Sugar Land Town Square | FREE – Flying Saucer Biergarten opens more than 50 taps for a Bavarian celebration in Sugar Land, featuring a vintage and crafts market, live music and dance, and traditional German foods with roaming jugglers, stilt walkers, tarot readers and other special surprises. 4pm to 9pm.
- Mary J. Blige in Concert at Toyota Center – The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul and Billboard Music’s Icon Award–winner is back in the H on her Good Morning Gorgeous tour in support of her fourteenth studio album. $69 and up. 8pm.
- Carlos Vives in Concert at Smart Financial Centre – The Billboard Latin Hall of Famer and Colombian rock star who boasts a career spanning the better part of 41 years, is back in Houston on the Después de Todo Tour. $61 and up. 8pm.
- Greggie & the Jets: Elton John Tribute Show at Dry Creek Social Club – One of the best cover bands of the iconic Rocket Man are playing Dry Creek Social Club in Richmond. Enjoy drinks, dancing, and great company on the “best deck in Fort Bend County.” $50 for 2, and up. 8pm to 11pm.
- Gimme Gimme Disco at White Oak Music Hall – Mamma Mia, here we go, White Oak is throwing an ABBA-inspired dance party where everyone will get to be disco dancing queens. $15. 9pm.
- Divino Latin Saturday at Henke & Pilot – Impressario Houston hosts a weekly Latin night at the unique cocktail lounge with a historic name and space, located across from the also-historic Market Square Park. Cover charge at the door. 9pm to 2am.
- Deorro DJ Set at Stereo Live Houston – Mexican American DJ Deorro saw that cool weather was in store for the H, so he decided to bring the heat, con su música. $22 and up. 10pm to 2am.
