Take in a twinkling spectacle and holiday carnival at Magical Winter Lights at Katy Mills from Friday, November 17 through Sunday, January 7, 2024.

Magical Winter Lights, one of Houston’s most popular holiday attractions, has moved to Katy, offering a lit-up wonderland filled with dazzling themed displays, decked out in more than 6 million lights and crafted using cutting-edge lantern art.

The vibrant landscape of holiday fun features themed scenes like the colorful Christmas village, a space-themed labyrinth, ice sculptures, fossil collections and life-size dinos at Dinosaur Village, an undersea paradise, a tribute to Houston, and more.

After you’ve had the opportunity to roam the vast display, the fun continues with carnival rides for all ages, familiar food favorites, and an 87-foot-tall gondola Ferris wheel that offers stunning views of the whole park.

2023 Magical Winter Lights at Katy Mills

  • Dates: Daily from Friday, November 17 through Sunday, January 7, 2024
    • Open on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
  • Times: Sunday to Thursday 5pm to 10pm; Friday & Saturday 5pm to 11pm
    • Extended Hours: 5pm to 11pm from Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24 to New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1, 2024
  • Location: Katy Mills Mall, 5000 Katy Mills Circle, Katy, TX 77494
