  • Clan of Xymox at Numbers Nightclub | Thursday, June 1 – The Dutch darkwave band are taking the night over at the iconic Montrose nightclub when they stop through on their 2023 North American tour celebrating four decades together. $25 and up. 9pm.
  • Bryson Tiller at House of Blues | Friday, June 2 – The Back and I’m Better Tour brings the trap-inspired R&B star to the heart of Downtown. $49.95 and up. 7pm.
  • Jay Wheeler at Smart Financial Centre | Friday, June 2 – The Puerto Rican sensation brings a bombastic performance to the Sugar Land stage, celebrating his 2022 release, Emociones. $68 and up. 8pm.
  • Classic Albums Live: Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Friday, June 2 | FREE – Known for their note-for-note recreations of iconic records, Classic Albums Live teams up with Houston Symphony for a night of the Beatles’ legendary 1967 album, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. 8:30pm.
  • Paper Gliders at Cactus Music | Saturday, June 3 | FREE – The Houston-based indie pop band shows off their rhythmic grooves, lush harmonies and emotional melodies at an in-store performance at Houston’s iconic record shop. 1pm.
  • Rebelution at Bayou Music Center | Saturday, June 3 – The Cali-based legends of rock reggae are bringing all the best vibes to the Bayou Music Center when they hit up Houston while on their massive North American tour. $39.50 and up. 6:30pm.
  • 34th Annual Accordion Kings & Queens at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Saturday, June 3 | FREE – Texas FolkLife celebrates the accordion—the unofficial “National Instrument of Texas”—with a slate of performers from a diverse range of genres that offer their take on the squeezebox. Catch performances from Cedric Watson & Bijou Creole, Grupo Imagen, Alex Meixner Band, and the winners of Texas FolkLife’s Statewide Big Squeeze Youth Accordion Contest. 7pm.
  • Ruel at House of Blues | Saturday June 3 – The mononymous singer-songwriter from the land down under is coming stateside, performing in Downtown on his 4th Wall world tour. $37 and up. 7pm.
  • Janet Jackson, with Ludacris at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Saturday, June 3 – Rhythm Nation stand up when the legendary popstar queen, Janet Jackson, brings her Together Again Tour through the Woodlands with Ludacris in support. $49.95 and up. 7:45pm.
  • Shame at White Oak Music Hall | Saturday, June 3 – Fresh off the heels of their February release, Food for Worms, the U.K.-based post punk band comes to the Northside. $20 and up. 8pm.
  • Jazzy Sundays: The Suffers in Concert at Buffalo Bayou Park | Sunday, June 4 | FREE – Rescheduled from an earlier May date, the Suffers take to the Water Works stage at Buffalo Bayou Park for the finale to the three-month concert series that has been taking place at parks across the city. 5pm to 7pm.
  • Prince Day Houston at Velvet Room | Wednesday, June 7 – Celebrate 65 years in which the legend most commonly known as Prince has existed in our hearts and minds by getting down at Velvet Room in honor of him and the mystical number 7. $30 and up. 6pm to 1am.
  • Modest Mouse at Bayou Music Center | Wednesday, June 7 – Issac Brock and his flock, Modest Mouse, will be appearing Downtown when they float on through the Bayou City. $40 and up. 8pm.
  • Billy Bob Thornton & the Boxmasters at Main Street Crossing | Wednesday, June 7 & Thursday, June 8 – The infamous actor and musician Billy Bob Thornton is bringing his band to tear up Tomball for two nights when they stop by Main Street Crossing. $85 and up. 8pm.
  • Boygenius at White Oak Music Hall | Thursday, June 8 – Titans of indie rock Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker bring their indie supergroup to the White Oak lawn, on the heels of their freshly released debut album, The Record. Resale tickets only. 6pm.
  • The Tontons, with Young Mammals at the Heights Theater | Saturday, June 10 – A trio of H-Town indies unite in the Heights, led by the steady rock stylings of the Tontons, joined by Young Mammals fresh off a new EP release, and Goodgirl in support. $20 and up. 8pm.
  • Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán at Bayou Music Center | Saturday, June 10 – The most recent iteration of the Mexican folk ensemble founded more than a century ago, Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitan will put on a spectacle of a live show when they hit the Bayou Music Center stage. $69 and up. 8pm.
  • Juneteenth at Miller: The Musical Journey Continues at Miller Outdoor Theatre | Friday, June 16 & Saturday, June 17 | FREE – Split into two parts performed across back-to-back nights, this musical journey takes attendees through the outstanding musical artists of our time, including the songs of Luther Vandross, Marvin Gaye, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Prince, legends of H-Town hip-hop, and more. 8pm.
  • The Galveston Symphony Celebrates Juneteenth at the Grand 1894 Opera House | Sunday, June 18 | FREE – More than 50 musician performers come together between the Symphony and Galveston Heritage Chorale for an epic concert celebrating Juneteenth at the birthplace of the holiday, with a night of historical African American music. 4pm.
  • Romeo Santos at Minute Maid Park | Saturday, June 24 – The singer-songwriter, producer, and leader of the bachata band Aventura is embarking on a massive world tour in celebration of his fifth studio album, Fórmula, Vol. 3. $89 and up. 9pm.
  • Alan Palomo of Neon Indian DJ Set at El Segundo Swim Club | Sunday, June 25 – Get groovy when Neon Indian frontman Alan Palomo sets the vibe with a DJ set at El Segundo. $30 and up. 11am.
  • Matchbox 20 at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | Friday, June 30 – The alternative, post-grunge rock band is back with a vengeance and will take the stage in the Woodlands touting their newly released fifth studio album—and first release in eleven years—Where the Light Goes. $24 and up. 7:30pm.
