Celebrate the beloved, vividly-hued waterfowl at the Flamingo Fest Golf Cart Parade & Pub Crawl in Galveston’s Postoffice District on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

The Postoffice District in downtown Galveston welcomes the return of the growing annual tradition. The event’s origins coinciding with National Pink Flamingo Day on June 23, but 2023 organizers wisely opted to hold it before the summer heat truly sets in.

The event and street side activities are free for all to dress up and join in. And for a fee, everyone is welcome to hop on a decorated golf carts, scooters and bicycles and join district merchants in a parade through downtown. 

There will prizes and awards for Best Decorated Vehicles and Best Costumes, which will be presented after the parade.

Following the pub crawl, participants and friends will join in an official pub crawl visiting Postoffice
