- World Cup Headquarters at Social Beer Garden HTX | Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday | No Cover – The Midtown beer garden hosts every game of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Catch the end of Round of 16 matches and the Quarterfinals this week. Games are shown in English and Spanish through 20 indoor TVs and a large outdoor screen. 9am to 3pm.
- Mistletoe Market at Bagby Park | Friday & Saturday | No Cover – The annual two-day market returns to Midtown, gatheering dozens of vendors, artisans and performers for a curated market to shop crafts, gifts and more. Friday 5pm to 10pm; Saturday 10am to 4pm.
- The Riot Comedy Club presents Raanan Hershberg at Rudyard’s | Friday & Saturday – The self-proclaimed “loud, neurotic Jew from Louisville,” who made his TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden, stops in the Bayou City, bringing his signature brand of comedy to the stage. $17 and up. - Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening at Bayou Music Center – The progeny of rock and roll royalty, Jason Bonham, is looking to tear the roof off Bayou Music Center as he brings his version of Led Zeppelin’s tunes to the Bayou City. $24.75 and up. 8pm.

- OMB Peezy in Concert at House of Blues – The young rapper out of Mobile, Alabama is taking over the House of Blues with his West Coast–meets–Dirty South rap style. $20. 7pm.
- Olan Rogers’ Polar Express at Houston – Adult Swim alum and Final Space creator, Olan Rogers, has a set for the holidays and he’s bringing it to H-Town for a special one-night only show. Tickets are sold by the table; $50 for 2, and up. 7pm.
- Kinky Friedman in Concert at McGonigel’s Mucky Duck – The man who has kept Texas weird for decades will be playing an incredibly special show benefiting Gold Star Camp for Kids at Echo Hill Ranch. Western Express will be special guests. $30 and up. 7pm.

- Urban Green Happy Hour at Local Table – Friends and members of Urban Green, the Hermann Park Conservancy group for young professionals, are welcome to enjoy drinks and bites priced right for happy hour, as well as free appetizers from Local Table in the Heights. - Urban Harvest presents Cultivated Holiday Cocktails at Houston Watch Company – Enjoy festive food and drink at Downtown’s beloved, speakeasy-style bar, Houston Watch Company in support of the good work of Urban Harvest. $20; free for Urban Harvest’s Cultivator members. - Sunny Day Real Estate in Concert at Warehouse Live – The classic American emo band is back on stage celebrating their fourth reunion with support from the Appleseed Cast. $36.50 and up. 8pm.

- The Official Lights in the Heights Bike Ride at Eureka Heights Brewery | FREE – Check in at the Heights brewery and head out on an eight-mile, leisurely paced ride to look at all the homes decorated for the holidays. 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
- The Nightmare Before Christmas Movie Screening at Discovery Green | FREE – The whole family will enjoy this Tim Burton animated classic, shown outdoors on the big screen at the popular Downtown park. 7pm.
- Monarch Chamber Players Holiday Concert at Post Houston – The orchestra offers a selection of holiday favorites, including tunes from movies such as The Polar Express and The Grinch, along with traditional carols. $10. 7:30pm.
- Abbey Road’s Christmas with the Beatles at Hobby Center – Christmas classics and Fab Four faves take the stage in this evening tribute to the band that changed rock and roll forever. $39 and up. 7:30pm.

- Italian Wine Dinner at Nice Winery – Taste your way through a series of selections from Antinori, one of Italy’s finest producers, with roots dating to the 13th century. Courses will be paired with dishes like lemon-herb aranchi, calamari fritto misto, braised wild boar osso bucco and more. $165. 6pm to 9pm.
- All Access Art Holiday Market at Railway Heights Market | No Cover – Near Washington Ave, Railway Heights hosts a special holiday edition of the monthly art market that normally takes place in Downtown. Gather to check out local creatives and craftspeople that are selling their work while you enjoy music, food and more. 6pm to 10pm.
- Up on the Rooftop at Sunset Coffee Building – Buffalo Bayou Partnership hosts a festive fundraising fête hosted by The Currents, BBP’s Young Professional Group. Celebrate the season with holiday-themed music, bites and libations, views of Downtown from the rooftop, and Holiday Cruises on the pontoon boat led by Mr. and Mrs. Kringle. $50. 6:30pm to 9pm.
- Yung Gravy in Concert at 713 Music Hall – The certified platinum artist who boasts a unique style that can be described as classic soul mixed with trap, is bringing tunes from his 2022 release, Marvelous, to the big H. $29.50 and up. 8pm.
- Rod Wave with TOOSI & Mariah the Scientist in Concert at Toyota Center – Soul-trap pioneer Rod Wave is coming through Clutch City touting his third studio release and second consecutive Billboard #1 album, Beautiful Mind, and he’s bringing Toosi and Mariah the Scientist with him. $35 and up. 8pm.

- Sugar Land R&B Music Experience at Smart Financial Centre – It’s getting cold outside but baby, it’s about to be as hot as a Texas summer when queens of R&B Monica, Xscape, Tamar Braxton, 112, and NEXT hit the stage in Sugar Land. $71.50 and up. 8pm.
- Raquel Cepeda’s Christmas Concert at the Heights Theater – The Houstonian jazz vocalist offers a selection of jazz classics in the spirit of the season, along with original arrangements in her annual Christmas concert. $25 and up. 8pm.

Mixer & Market at Pitch 25 – In EaDo, this annual market returns to Pitch 25, offering a yoga session and fitness bootcamp to go with a selection of vendors and makers with festive goods. Plus, try your worst at the ugly sweater contest, snag a photo with Santa, and enjoy live music, food, drink and more. Yoga and fitness bootcamps are $5 each; entry to the market is free. 11am to 6pm.
- Brazilian Christmas Market at Wildcatter Saloon – The Katy-area drinkery returns with another year of Brazilian Christmas with live Brazilian music, foods from the region, arts and crafts, face painting and Santa Claus. $5. 1pm to 5pm.
- An Evening of Burlesque & Comedy with Ku Egenti at the Secret Group – Local comic Ku Egenti hosts a high-quality produced show of burlesque and comedy to the EaDo venue. $15 and up. 7pm.
- Ugly Christmas Sweater Party with Shane Smith and the Saints at The Rustic – Head Downtown for this all-ages event, complete with live entertainment from Shane Smith and the Saints. Goodbye June also performs. $25. 7pm to 11pm.
- Kinky Circus & Artist Market at Numbers Nightclub – Pair your shopping for local goods with a circus spectacle when it comes to the fabled Montrose nightclub for an evening of live performers, circus acts and more. Cover charge at the door. 7pm to 2am.
- Comedians Alfred Robles & Martin Moreno at Houston Improv – Launching their comedy careers with fellow comic Gabriel Iglesias (who performs back-to-back nights of sold out shows leading up to this one), Robles and Moreno join forces for one-two punch of stand-up hilarity at the Improv.
