  • The Riot Comedy Club presents Daniel Weingarten at Rudyard’s | Friday, December 2 & Saturday, December 3 – The upstairs stage in Montrose hosts the LA-based comedian, who offers his unique insights on culture, family, relationships and everything in between, built on experiences as the song of Mexican, Argentinian and Jewish immigrants. $17 and up. Times vary.
  • Olan Rogers’ Polar Express at Houston Improv | Tuesday, December 6 – The comedian and creator of the animated Adult Swim series, Final Space, Olan Rogers brings a unique Christmas comedy show to the Improv for a one-night only performance. Tickets are sold by the table; $50 for 2, and up. 7pm.
  • Alfred Robles & Martin Moreno at Houston Improv | Sunday, December 11 – Launching their comedy careers with fellow comic Gabriel Iglesias (who performs back-to-back nights of sold out shows leading up to this one), Robles and Moreno join forces for one-two punch of stand-up hilarity at the Improv. Tickets are sold by the table; $40 for 2, and up. 7:30pm.
  • Steve Byrne at Houston Improv | Thursday, December 15 to Saturday, December 17 – The established comedian known for making rounds at some of NYC’s most fabled comedy clubs, Steve Byrne brings his latest material to the Improv for four shows heading into the weekend. Tickets are sold by the table; $40 for 2, and up. Times vary.
  • The Riot Comedy Club presents Michael Kosta at Rudyard’s | Friday, December 16 & Saturday, December 17 – A correspondent on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and known for his hosting duties on the E! Network and other late night appearances, Michael Kosta heads upstairs at Rudyard’s for back-to-back nights of back-to-back shows. $20 and up. Times vary.
  • Nemr at Houston Improv | Sunday, December 18 – The Lebanese American comic follows up his successful Love Isn’t the Answer global tour with another brand new show, Dropping Hot, which brings him through the Spring Branch comedy club for a one-night only event. Tickets are sold by the table; $60 for 2, and up. 7:30pm.
  • The Riot Comedy Club presents Ralph Barbosa at Rudyard’s | Thursday, December 22 & Friday, December 23 – Fresh off debuts on HBO and Comedy Central earlier this year, the Dallas native comedian is on a roll and takes the upstairs mic for back-to-back nights of nearly sold out shows. $20 and up. Times vary.
  • Ali Siddiq presents the Gift of Laughter at Houston Improv | Thursday, December 22 & Friday, December 23 – A familiar face at the Improv and at clubs across the city, Ali Siddiq hosts a pre-Christmas event at the West Houston stage, getting you in the mood for laughter this holiday season. Tickets are sold by the table; $70 for 2, and up. Times vary.
  • Ms. Pat at Houston Improv | Wednesday, December 28 to New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 – The Atlanta native comedian and author who can most recently be seen in her 2022 Netflix special, Y’all Wanna Hear Something Crazy?, comes to the Improv for several shows leading up to New Year’s. Tickets are sold by the table; $50 for 2, and up. Times vary.
  • The Riot Comedy Club presents Hans Kim at Rudyard’s | Thursday, December 29 – A regular on the Kill Tony podcast, the LA-based comedian stops by Rudyard’s upstairs stage for two shows. $15 and up. 7pm and 9pm.
  • The Riot Comedy Club presents René Vaca at Rudyard’s | Friday, December 30 & New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 – A co-winner of the 16th Annual StandUp NBC competition, René Vaca takes his latest material to the Riot Comedy Club for three New Year’s Weekend performances. $20 and up. Times vary.
  • Straight No Chaser Comedy Tour at Smart Financial Centre | New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 31 – Ring in the New Year with a stellar lineup of stand-up heavyweights when Teddy Carpenter, D.L. Hughley, Mike Epps, Cedric the Entertainer, and DC Young Fly help get you rolling into 2023 in Sugar Land. $59 and up. 7pm.
